Pet Safe Items Returns or Exchanges
Pet Safe Items Returns or Exchanges will need to be done through F&E Sales Inc..
If your item is damaged or and you want to exchange please contact us through E-Mail or phone. We Must be contacted with in 15 days. Let us know what is wrong with product and instructions on exchange will be given to you either by phone or return mail.
If you just want to return the item you ordered for refund please be advised that some items do have a $15.00 Restocking charge that will not be returned with your refund. For refund you need to contact F&E Sales Inc either by phone or E-Mail.

In cases of return, you must obtain an RMA number prior to returning the product. E-mail us with your name, your order number (invoice number on your invoice), the size and name of the product, and the specific problem you have encountered. You will be responsible for return shipping expenses, unless otherwise noted.
Products returned without an RMA number will not be accepted, and a credit will not be issued.
If we have sent you an incorrect product by mistake, we will replace it with the correct product at no cost to you. E-mail us for a replacement shipment.
If the merchandise needs to be exchanged for a different size, we ask that you not only pay to ship the incorrect sized item back to us, but include the appropriate amount for shipping the replacement item back to you.
If an item is returned broken, damaged or not in resellable condition then a 20% damaged item fee will be assessed.
